About Sonka Braunova LEAD from WITHIN
Sonka Braunova is the founder of LEAD from WITHIN™, a method supporting the women who support worlds. Her work is for accomplished women who are used to being the capable one, the strong one and the person others rely on, but who rarely have someone holding that same space for them.
A former Chartered Mechanical Design Engineer, Sonka brings nearly two decades of corporate and technical experience into her work. She combines structure and intuition with NLP, subconscious and identity work, energy and spiritual understanding to help women understand themselves from the inside out.
Her work explores three layers within successful women: the leader, the woman underneath the role, and the deeper patterns and imprints that may still be running the show. By understanding what is really influencing them, women can begin to reconnect with their own signals, trust their experience and create greater harmony between who they are and how they lead.
