1:1 Men's Health Coaching
Personal conversations and practical support to help you understand your health and decide what you want to change.
If you're a man who knows something needs to change but isn't quite sure where to start, I'm here to help. I provide personal, practical health coaching to help men improve their physical and mental health in a way that works for their life.
There often comes a point when you know something needs to change. Maybe you're feeling more tired than you used to, you're carrying extra weight, your stress levels are creeping up, or you simply don't feel as healthy as you should. You might even know what you should be doing, but finding the motivation or confidence to actually make those changes can be difficult.
That's where I come in.
I'm Mark Spence, founder of ChangingMen and a Health and Wellness Coach. I help men take a step back, look at what's really going on with their health and work out what they can realistically change. There's no judgement and no expectation that you suddenly have to transform your whole life. We start where you are and work from there.
My approach looks at the bigger picture of your health, including movement, nutrition, sleep, stress and mental wellbeing. The aim is to help you understand your health, build better habits and make changes that you can actually maintain.
If you're thinking, "I know I need to do something, but I don't know where to start", get in touch. Sometimes having someone to talk things through with is the first step.
Personal conversations and practical support to help you understand your health and decide what you want to change.
A supportive space to talk about stress, pressure and the things that can affect how you're feeling.
Support with movement, nutrition and everyday habits that can help you feel healthier and more in control.
Men's health talks and workplace sessions helping men and organisations start more open conversations about health.
Sometimes the hardest part is admitting that something needs to change. Having someone outside your everyday life to talk openly with can make taking that first step easier.
Your health, lifestyle and circumstances are unique to you. We'll look at where you are now and work together on practical changes that fit your life.
Changing your health isn't about following a perfect diet or suddenly becoming a different person. It's about making realistic changes that you can keep going with.
Physical and mental health are closely connected. We'll look at the different parts of your lifestyle and how they affect how you feel and function day to day.
I'm Mark Spence, and I set up ChangingMen because I know how easy it can be for men to put their own health to one side.
My own experience of a serious health scare at 39 made me look much more closely at my own health and the changes I needed to make. It also made me realise how important it is for men to have somewhere they can talk honestly about their health without feeling judged.
Today, I work with men who want to take better care of themselves, whether that's improving their physical health, dealing with stress, getting more active, changing their eating habits or simply feeling better in themselves.
I'm not here to tell you how you should live your life. I'm here to listen, help you understand where you are now and work with you to find practical steps forward.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you get in touch. If something has been on your mind, we can start with a conversation.
