Hi, I’m Helen Dobson, founder of Core Social.

I’ve built my career helping brands show up online in a way that feels natural, consistent and aligned with who they are. I’ve worked across food, health and lifestyle industries, supporting both new and established businesses to promote their products and grow their presence.

For me, organic social media has always been the most effective and rewarding way to build a brand. It is not about chasing trends or quick wins, it is about building an audience that trusts you and wants to engage with what you do.

I love working with businesses that are ready to grow, especially those in the health and wellbeing space. As someone who is passionate about fitness, I naturally connect with brands that encourage healthier living.
