Pam's career in mortgages began in America with Chase Bank before she moved back to the UK in 2007 and joined HSBC as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. She later became an Executive Mortgage and Protection Consultant with Countrywide Mortgage Services before becoming self-employed with Midavlyn Mortgages in 2022.

That experience has given Pam a good understanding of the different challenges people can face when applying for a mortgage. She is particularly comfortable talking through situations that aren't straightforward, including self-employed applications and more complex financial circumstances.
