Each Carrot Club Meet Up takes place inside a different independent business that is part of the Spiky Carrot network. It gives you the chance to discover great local venues, meet the people behind them, and connect with other business owners in the area.
There are no formal pitches or 60 second introductions, just relaxed conversation, the opportunity to meet new people, and the chance to enjoy the food, drinks or products that make each venue unique.
What to Expect
About this meet up
This will be the very first Carrot Club Meet Up, and we’re really excited to be hosting it at Four Priests Brewery and Tap House.
You’ll have the chance to meet Andy, the owner of this fantastic local business, hear how he got started and learn about the journey behind the brewery.
We’ll also be running a short behind-the-scenes tour, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how the beer is made. Andy is really passionate about what he does, so feel free to ask questions and get involved.
The experience
The event will be split into two parts.
The first part will focus on learning more about the venue, including the brewery tour and hearing from Andy about how the business came together.
The second part will be more relaxed, casual networking. We’ll help get conversations going by bringing people together in small groups for around 10 minutes at a time, giving everyone the chance to meet new people without it feeling forced.
There will also be time to grab a drink, with a half-pint on us if you would like to try one of the brewery’s beers.
